Jeffrey Lambert, AICP
Jeffrey has formed Lambert Consulting to provide planning and government relation
services to both public and private clients. Most recently, Jeffrey served as
the Director of Planning and Building Services for the City of Santa Clarita.
During 5+ years in that position, he headed up four divisions: Building and Safety,
Planning, Environmental Services, and Geographic Information Systems. Jeffrey
joined the City of Santa Clarita in 1996 as the Planning Manager. In addition,
Jeffrey served as the City's Interim Intergovernment Relations Officer.
Prior to Santa Clarita, Jeffrey worked as a Land Use Project Manager for Kaiser
Permanente. He has also served as a planning commissioner for the City of West
Hollywood and as an adjunct professor for the USC School of Policy Planning
and Development. Jeffrey was recently elected to the national Board of Directors for the American Planning Association. Prior to this he served as the President of the
California Chapter of the American Planning Association. Jeffrey was honored
by the Los Angeles Section and California Chapter of the American Planning Association
with the Distinguished Leadership Award for Professional Planner in 2004.
Jeffrey received his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Clark University
in Worcester, Massachusetts and a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning
from the University of Southern California.
Jeffrey continues to be an active member of the American Planning Association
and the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles District Council. |
