Philosophy & Approach

I approach planning and government relations with the unique perspective of a career spent equally in the public and private sectors. As a public sector planner, I often tried to look at development proposals from the applicants' perspective. As a private sector planner, I can approach public agencies with the knowledge of how it is to be in their position.

I strive to seek consensus that allows all parties to obtain much of what they want and / or need. I am proactive and direct; however, I understand the importance of a collaborative approach to planning and seek to find solutions that work for all.
